Engage in activities that allow you to think, "This was my decision." Having small moments of leisure provides significant strength in enjoying each day.

Humans must go through a process of grieving when they lose something valuable. This grieving process starts with denying reality: "I can't believe it!" or "I wish this wasn't real!" Eventually, however, you come to accept your loss.

Every emotion has meaning. Emotions arise for specific reasons. If you want to live positively, accept yourself as you are. Even when faced with harsh realities, maintaining a mindset that says, "It is what it is," helps you keep your peace of mind.

The sadness that overwhelms you after a breakup might indicate how much you were hiding your true self while you were with that person. To reduce anxiety after a date, try letting go of the desire to impress your partner during the date. Finding someone who accepts you as you are is a valuable pursuit. At night, as fatigue settles into the brain's intellectual areas, it is easy to become emotional. If you feel lonely while walking home after work, fatigue is likely a significant factor. There is a strong connection between feeling tired and feeling lonely. When you're tired, it's hard to stay focused on the present and to feel connected to yourself. The solution here is simple: sleep. The loneliness you feel at night is often exaggerated beyond your actual feelings of loneliness. At night, our emotions can be unnecessarily amplified. What you need in the evening is not intense contemplation of life's futility but simply a time to stop thinking and relax your body and mind. Provide yourself with more nutrition and rest.

You Are the Only One Who Can Protect Yourself

Taking care of yourself is a vital task. No one else can nurture you but yourself. Anxiety is an emotion that signals a lack of safety. The same applies when dealing with other people. Each emotion has its own meaning. Therefore, when you experience negative emotions, do not dismiss them. Instead, carefully examine what has happened and effectively address the cause of those emotions. If you can manage your anxiety, you can make free choices anytime. Humans naturally feel anxious about the unknown. While trying to turn what is unknown into something known can reduce anxiety, it cannot eliminate it entirely. Some level of uncertainty will always remain. Accepting that some anxiety is normal makes it easier to feel at ease about various things.

Sometimes, conscientious people are inclined towards perfection. However, nobody is perfect. Rather than striving for perfection, allow yourself some flexibility by focusing on doing your best within your capacity. This approach reduces stress, even when performing the same tasks.

When overwhelmed by strong anxiety, do not try to resolve the anxiety itself. Instead, acknowledge the shock you're feeling and develop a habit of identifying what caused it. Once you find the source of the shock and return to your original state of mind, you will be able to objectively view your situation again. Never make decisions while caught up in anxiety.
